How can you make cross-platform reporting quicker and easier for an entire digital marketing agency?

We worked with eight&four to tackle the time-consuming, overly-complex process of generating reports for their clients. With accounts across multiple sectors and an extensive range of digital marketing platforms that they use to run campaigns, regularly collecting all that data was becoming increasingly inefficient.

Working with APIs accross the channels that eight&four use, we created a custom reporting tool that enables them to collate and export specific sets of metrics and statistics for their clients' campaigns. The tool connects them to Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Marketing, Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads, displaying all account information and metrics across all channels, in one place.

The aim was to drastically reduce the amount of time it takes the team to manually upload information into a spreadsheet - "production of these reports improved by over 40% in time reduction"
